Step into a space where history holds court and every glass tells a story. Once the site of high-stakes legal drama, the Courtroom Bar now serves justice of a different kind - expertly crafted cocktails and rare spirits in an atmosphere of colonial grandeur. With its original teak furnishings and whispered echoes of the past, it is the perfect venue to deliberate over a single malt or celebrate a favourable ruling. The jury is always out, but the drinks are undeniably guilty of excellence.
A portfolio of liquid alibis and heritage recipes. From pre-prohibition classics to avant-garde signatures, our mixologists present a case for the extraordinary in every glass.
The closing arguments of our mixology team. Each glass presents compelling evidence of craft, balancing bold flavours with delicate nuances to secure a favourable verdict for your palate.
